For Alice & Ruperts big day, they opted to hire us for our turnaround service, which is an optional extra we offer with our wedding flowers. 

What does this mean?

Basically, when you hire us for a tunaround service,we will set up your flowers in the morning of the wedding & stay on site (or nearby if thats not possible) during your ceremony. After your ceremony, we will move all the flowers from that space to their secondary locations. 

For Alice & Rupert, we moved their registrars table set up onto their top table & moved their broken archway into the reception room for their evening disco. 

We also used this time to customise their archway from day to night- adding in fairylights & disco balls provided by the couple provided to make it a fun element for the edge of their dancefloor, & a backdrop for evening photos. It's also an opportunity to spruce up the flowers if need be. On this day it was extremey windy, & during the ceremony some the arch flowers got a bit of a battering. As I was staying on site I could adjust the flowers & fix or replace anything to make sure it still looked its best. 

I love doing a turnaround service! for a typical wedding, we set up & leave & don't get to see how all the details of the day come together. It meant a lot to be such a close part of Alice & Ruperts big day- they were such a fun, wonderful couple to work with & seeing them so full of love & happiness made my job so special.
