Over 25 years of experience, (scary to think, am I really that old?) Working in several shops across the region, including London.
I am passionate about the business and have always been inspired by florist trends and fashions, this has been essential for us to always remain one step ahead of the opposition. I am very proud of my shop - it's what I have always strived to acheive and I hope that my love for flowers, colours and people shines through.
But, this business is only a success because of the brilliant team that I am surrounded by, and without them it wouldn't work.

SUE
Manageress
Qualifications:
Over 20 years experience in the business, of which most of it we have worked together at different shops. (Some people say that we look like sisters, but I have a theory thats it's like having a dog for such a long time that you begin to look like one another!!!!) She started with me at the shop from day one.
Sue is the backbone to the shop and helps me to make essential business decisions. It helps the fact that we have been friends for such a long time, as we can bounce ideas off each other. She also holds the reigns very securely when I'm on holiday.
She is an all round florist and is a major part of our wedding and floral design business.
JANET
Head of funeral tributes and designs
Jan has also been with me since the day of opening and has proved to have been a huge assett to our team. With over 25 years experience in the industry there is nothing that she can't turn her hand to.
She is the head of our funeral tributes and designs department, and is a true expert in this field. Her skill is being able to create a customers idea and interpret it in flowers.( i.e. emblems, sporting paraphanalia, animals and even once a "frilly bra")
She is also team manager at peak times, when she heads our freelance workroom team, who produce hundreds of designs daily.
SARAH
The young and trendy one
Qualifications:
- NVQ 2 and National Certificate of Professional Floristry.
Sarah is our relatively "new girl" and started with us in 2008. (She is the young and trendy one, who we have to ask about Facebook and Twitter!!!) She has been in the business since she left school and had been working in a beautiful shop in Sandhurst, Berkshire.
I have known Sarah for over 10 years, when she was competing in local floristry competitions, where she frequently came first. She is also a Chelsea medal winner in her own right and a great designer to have with us.
Her role in the business is to fill the shop daily with amazing bouquets to sell and also keep the window design looking fab and exciting. She is also part of our expert wedding team .
SAM
I can't not mention Sam, She is my "Girl Saturday! Sam has also been an essential part of out team since day one, and Saturdays wouldn't be the same without her!
MAGGIE AND SARAI
These lovely ladies you will have met if you have been lucky enough to have had some flowers delivered from us. Each day they deliver our beautiful bouquets around the Tunbridge Wells area in our brightly coloured flowery van or my lime green flowery Beetle.
Maggie and Sarai have an invaluable knowledge of the area, amazing us by finding houses with no displayed name, and getting orders efficiently delivered on time, always with a smile. They are true ambassadors for the business.
